We offer end-to-end marketing services for small and medium sized businesses: strategy, planning, tactical execution, and measurement.

Not all businesses require a full end-to-end service. Perhaps defining a strategy is all that’s needed right now. Or help executing an existing idea.

For instance, a new business may need help to launch their brand or gain their first set of customers.

Or an existing business may be experiencing a declining customers. In all cases, we look at those problems from multiple angles and create recommendations on the best way forward.

Each proposal is tailored to the individual client and their particular needs. And we are not in the business of trying to sell you a service we don’t think you need.

The Full 5-Step Process

1. Initial Consultation

Tell us about your business aims and your current marketing (if any) and we’ll assess.

2. Proposal

We’ll outline how we can help, with timings and costs.

3. Marketing Strategy

We’ll develop the plan together, in line with your business aims.

4. Marketing Plan

An actionable series of marketing activities for your business.

5. Execution, Measurement and Handover to Client

Campaigns go live, with measurement framework to assess the impact. And then handover to you.

1. Initial Consultation

This is where we get to know about you and your business. We’ll go over your business aims and what marketing you’ve run so far. After we’ve met, we’ll go away and assess whether we can help. If we can, we’ll move on to creating the Proposal.

We now develop the overall recommendations of how to achieve the business aims. This may involve product and pricing recommendation, plus the promotional, advertising and branding recommendations. What we’ll need from you

  • Clarification of your budget and your minimum payback requirements
  • Time during an evening or weekend to discuss the Marketing Plan

5. Execution of the Marketing Plan, Measurement of the Results & Handover to the Client

This is where we action the Marketing Plan and get the campaigns live. Before we do that, we’ll set up the measurement framework so we can capture the results when the campaigns go live. After that, some campaigns will involve a “pre-go-live test” to check we’re on the right path.

We typically work with other suppliers to execute some aspects (e.g. creative, media, printing), that we manage. If a designer is involved, we’ll connect the two of you.

Once the campaigns come to an end, we’ll spend time with you going through how you can maintain your marketing, and we’ll provide our recommended “next best action” as part of achieving long-term growth.

Deliverables to the client
  • Actioning all the activities specified in the Marketing Plan
  • Pre go-live tests (if needed) to check we’re on the right course before committing additional spend
  • Supplier management (if applicable), including payments
